Being student-centered in your teaching seems like an obvious idea, but what is really involved?  In this interactive workshop we will explore various strategies for keeping the focus of teaching on students, so that their learning experience is as rich as possible.  Included will be discussion of interactive lectures, various discussion formats, problem-based learning, and approaches to group work.

This workshop will be held in the Library room 150 (Institute for Writing Studies) on the Queens Campus and will be video conferenced to DaSilva Room 208 on the Staten Island Campus.
