USD 2017: Service Plunge to Germantown (RESERVED: Ozanam Scholars)
NATURE AND PURPOSE OF SERVICE SITE:
Ozanam Scholars will participate in a trip to Germantown, PA to visit the Vincentian "headquarters" of the East Coast. Volunteers will serve at a variety of service projects throughout the day and take a tour of the Shrine of the Miraculous Medal.
Tentative Schedule:
5:15am- Meet on Queens campus
6:30am- Staten Island pick-up
Start service projects
Lunch and reflection
Tour of Shrine of Miraculous Medal
Depart from Germantown
Staten Island drop off
9:/9:30pm- Estimated return to Queens campus
