Need a tool to keep track of research resources and help with citing? SJU Libraries recommends using  ZOTERO citation manager!

Learn the basics of Zotero, a free open-source reference management tool that allows you to collect, store and organize research-related bibliographic information. The session also covers creating an account, and using an applet to insert Zotero citations within a Word document.  NEW Zotero 5.0 is a stand-alone product and works with Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Opera  browsers.

If you used to use RefWorks, or another citation manager, we can also offer hands-on help with transferring references from other reference managers into your Zotero account.
