Please join the Advancing Communities of Equity through Institutional Transformation (ACE-IT) Research Group for two upcoming Town Halls on data collected from St. John's faculty through the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) survey spring 2022) and Equity Focus Groups (fall 2023).
We will use these results and your feedback from the upcoming Town Halls to help develop a five-year equity strategic plan for faculty, through an intersectional and culturally responsive approach.
