Google Maps (Q/O)
Event box
Using GoogleMaps allows you to make the most of GIS-related education features without the need for more complicated GIS programs. Google Maps also allow several people to collaborate asynchronously on a map. The uses are up to you: develop a walking tour, lend a geographic component to your lessons, map out data in a visual way.
