Interactive textbooks leverage technology to expand an online textbook from a static version of the traditional hardcover textbook, into an active-learning experience. This self-paced study tool engages students in the learning process while allowing students to learn at their own pace and assessing their progress along the way. Content is adjusted based on knowledge strengths and weaknesses to increase mastery of the subject matter.
Join us for a conversation about interactive textbooks and how you can incorporate this active-learning technology into your courses to improve student learning. Hear from representatives from McGraw Hill publishers who will discuss their LearnSmart interactive textbook tool and also from a panel of faculty who will share their experiences using LearnSmart.
