Classroom success is a collaborative venture which requires effective communication between faculty and students.  Faculty can gain significant insight from student feedback and use this insight to create student-centered instructional designs and to improve learning outcomes.  This session will discuss suggestions on soliciting timely student feedback; present the research findings on using student feedback to direct teaching; and the links between student feedback and teaching development.
