NATURE & PURPOSE OF SERVICE SITE:       

Bridge Women's Support Center (formerly The Bridge to Life) provides informative, honest and compassionate counseling to empower pregnant women to choose life, while serving families with support, guidance and material assistance in order for them to raise their children in a loving and secure environment. They are a nonjudgmental, nonsectarian and apolitical organization.  Last year, they provided thousands of women and children with materials assistance, including clothes, car seats, high chairs, strollers and cribs.

USD volunteers should arrive at the service site no later than 9:00am to assist with transitioning clothes for the season, which may involve carrying items up and down stairs between the 2nd floor center and the basement.
