NATURE & PURPOSE OF SERVICE SITE: 

Since 1974, Catholic Charities has operated community residences to help individuals achieve their highest level of functioning and to participate as fully as possible in the surrounding community.  As they are able, residents participate by doing their share of the household chores, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.

USD volunteers with Catholic Charities – Virdone Residence can assist with a variety of projects for the residents, including Fall decorating and/or arts and crafts. A light lunch is included.
