USD 2018: Brown Bag Medication Review: HANAC Harmony Senior Center (RESERVED: COPHS 6th year students)
NATURE & PURPOSE OF SERVICE SITE:
HANAC Harmony JVL Innovative Senior Center is a home away from home to seniors over the age of 60 in the Astoria Queens community. Their goal is to assist the city's growing population of elders in continuing to be healthy, active members of their communities.
USD volunteers will offer brown bag medication reviews. RESERVED for COPHS 6th year students on rotation only.
